Intro to Pasta Making: A pasta creating class benefiting the Italian Home for Children

Yes, we'll be cooking Italian dishes and Italian is in the name, but the Italian Home for Children provides residential and day treatment services for emotionally disturbed children of all nationalities and religions. 

Every child deserves a healthy, happy life, free of emotional and physical distress.  That's why we're spending an evening in a healthy, happy mindset, learning to cook up fresh pasta.  The money raised from each ticket will help throw a birthday party or send a child to an afterschool program that will help him or her get into high school and college. 

The ticket price includes supplies, ingredients, a pasta-making lesson from Dave of Dave's Fresh Pasta and wine to wash down your delicious creations.
